→Process bulk sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
→Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to facilitate the fulfillment of bulk orders
→Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns
→Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including customer information, order details, and payment status.
→Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to support decision-making.
→Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for bulk orders.
→Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
→Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
