Technical Program Managers (TPMs) exist to make cross functional and cross organizational work land. A TPM owns the outcome across teams that do not report to each other, holds the dependencies nobody else is holding, and makes progress visible without pushing reporting overhead onto the teams doing the work. TPMs are not just stenographers or status chasers, but end-to-end problem solvers from discovery -> execution. As a jack or jill of all traits, TPMs get the job done no matter the hurdles in their way.

As the Infrastructure TPM, you will own the programs that span capacity, reliability, identity, builder tools, and corporate IT. Your partners are Infrastructure Engineering, IT, Security, and the factory and engineering teams that depend on them. You will join a small TPM function that is still defining how it works. From managing capacity to transforming our AI development process, you will be at the heart of platform initiatives that improve the company’s operations.

  Capacity: Own the capacity process from forecasting through ordering to provisioning, across factories, offices, and engineering.

  Reliability: Mature the reliability program: incident management, RCA reviews, and action item tracking across the company.

  Builder tools: Drive adoption of the builder tool suite that puts AI into how Hadrian designs, writes, reviews, and ships software.

  Identity and access: Own account, access, and device lifecycle as headcount and sites grow.

  Function building: Help define what TPM means at Hadrian, leading by example.

• 5+ years in technical program management, including several owning infrastructure programs at the scale of a domain rather than a workstream inside one.

• Hands-on experience with hardware procurement and provisioning.

• Experience driving programs end-to-end from 0 → 1. You are not just a facilitator, but a complete owner end-to-end.

• Strong written communication favoring asynchronous updates over synchronous meetings.

• Able to influence without authority across functions and teams both within and external to your domain.

• Able to balance planning with long lead times with company-wide strategic pivots.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel. New locations are being spun up, and site walks may be necessary to understand hardware needs.

• Knows how to uplevel themselves using AI without dumping slop on their stakeholders.

• Knows how to bring efficiency over process for process' sake. Doing this requires a broad toolkit vs always bringing a hammer regardless of the problem context.

• Experience in mixed hardware/software environments such as aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductor, or another regulated, high-precision manufacturing environment.

• Extreme comfort with ambiguity and minimal direction. You balance analysis paralysis with data gathering and ask questions as you go to ensure you are working on the right work in the right way.

• Technically fluent enough to influence design discussions in the domain (kubernetes, networking, pipelines, etc).
