Response Senior Managing Associate

• →Drive the development and execution of the response plan, providing guidance and support to clients and leadership.
• →Optimize the functional organization of the emergency operations center (EOC)/joint field office (JFO) based on incident complexity.
• →Serve as a policy expert, interpreting complex federal/state regulations and advising leadership on operational constraints and eligibility criteria.
• →Assist in overseeing operations, including staff allocation and resource management.
• →Establish and manage partnerships and client relationships, relay status updates and progress reports to internal leadership.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and at least seven (7) years of professional experience, or a total of at least ten (10) years of experience in a relevant field may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) All-Hazards Position Specific training courses or credentials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint).
• The ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed based on the client’s operational tempo.
