Pay: $17.75 – $19.25*/hour *Includes $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

1st Shift - 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be available for either start time)

2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm (Varies)

3rd Shift - 7:30pm-4:00am - Immediate Openings

Work Schedule

• Five-day workweek - Monday through Friday

• 40 hours per week

The Assembly Operator role contributes to manufacturing operations by assembling appliance components and subassemblies in alignment with standard work, quality expectations, and safety requirements. The role requires consistent execution of tasks, collaboration within a team environment, and the ability to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to documented standard work

• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively

• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards

• Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure product conformance

• Escalate safety, quality, or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel

• Maintain an organized and safe workstation

• Support team objectives and production goals

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience

• 18 years of age or older (17 if a work-based learning high school student)

• Ability to meet background, drug screening, and physical requirements

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Identifies and reports potential hazards or unsafe conditions

• Follows standard work and quality requirements accurately

• Performs self-checks and visual inspections to ensure product quality

• Understands the impact of individual work on overall product performance

• Completes assigned tasks consistently and on time

• Maintains focus and efficiency in a repetitive work environment

• Demonstrates dependability and accountability for assigned work

• Collaborates effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors

• Communicates issues clearly and respectfully

• Supports process improvements and standard work updates

• Lifting: negligible weight and up to 10 lbs. constantly; up to 20 lbs. frequently; up to 25 lbs. occasionally; no lifting greater than 25 lbs.

• Carrying: negligible weight and up to 10 lbs. constantly; up to 20 lbs. fre quently; up to 25 lbs. occasionally; no carrying greater than 25 lbs.

• Pushing/Pulling: negligible force constantly; up to 10 lbs. force frequently; up to 20 lbs. and up to 25 lbs. force occasionally; no pushing or pulling forces exceeding 40 lbs.

• Sitting: 0.0 hours per workday

• Standing: up to 7.0 hours per workday

• Walking: up to 1.0 hour per workday

• Foot/leg controls: up to 1.0 hour per workday

• Occasional (up to 1/3 of the time): kneeling, squatting, crawling, and climbing

• Frequent (up to 2/3 of the time): bending and turning/twisting

• Constant (more than 2/3 of the time): reaching outward up to 20 inches; reaching overhead up to 60 inches; wrist turning; grasping; pinching; and fine finger manipulation

• Vibrating tools: constant use tolerated

• Temperature and humidity levels consistent with current outdoor conditions

• Bright manufacturing lighting

• Hearing protection is required in designated areas of the Fab/Fin manufacturing footprint
