The Service Representative reports to the Senior Manager, Field Service, and serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the Company through telephone interactions, email communications, and customer visits. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and supporting business growth through increased sales and continuous improvement in service quality.

Responsibilities

  • →Handle inbound customer and consumer calls, providing timely, professional, and effective resolution to inquiries and service needs.
  • →Schedule and coordinate service appointments through Company systems, ensuring accuracy and outstanding customer experience.
  • →Respond to service requests, customer inquiries, and follow-up communications via email and other communication channels.
  • →Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and quality in accordance with Company standards and performance expectations.
  • →Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries courteously, professionally, and efficiently.
  • →Assess customer needs and direct requests appropriately to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • →Maintain and update customer databases and records, including warranty registrations, customer information, consumer master files, and geographic data.
  • →Support customer retention efforts through proactive follow-up activities and execution of the Save a Call initiative.
  • →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • →Perform additional duties, projects, and assignments as required by management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • Experience interacting effectively with customers and consumers in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
