Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic and motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our growing team in Tallahassee, FL! Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and welcoming spa experience from the moment they arrive
Drive membership sales and retail product sales to meet and exceed monthly goals
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk booking system efficiently
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care
Process payments, memberships, and gift card transactions accurately
Educate clients on spa services, packages, and promotional offerings
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area

Requirements:

Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy spa environment
Comfortable with sales goals and membership-based selling
Proficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional client experiences
