What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
Welcome clients and create a warm, positive first impression
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Promote memberships, gift cards, retail products, and service enhancements
Educate guests on the benefits of massage and skincare services
Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming spa environment
Support daily spa operations and administrative tasks
Help achieve individual and spa sales goals

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred
Spa Soft experience is a plus (training provided)
