Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Danville is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Sales Associates. If you are outgoing, goal-oriented, and enjoy helping people, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the growing wellness industry while earning uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Do

Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and retail sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits
Educate clients on services, promotions, memberships, and wellness programs
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily bookings
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment
Support team success with a positive, energetic attitude

What We're Looking For

A people-person who enjoys sales and customer service

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
