~1 min readHandshake is building the enablement function that helps our revenue teams sell, retain, and grow customers more effectively. As Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll design and run the training, content, tools, and onboarding programs that equip our Account Executives, Account Managers, and CSMs to execute consistently against our go-to-market motion. This is a new, high-visibility role where you'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to tie enablement directly to pipeline, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Design onboarding programs, ramp plans, certifications, and role-play practice that get new AEs, AMs, and CSMs to productivity faster
Build playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and talk tracks with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to improve win rates and keep messaging consistent
Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze Salesforce and Gong data, pinpoint skill gaps, and launch targeted coaching that lifts quota attainment
Own the enablement calendar and tooling (Salesforce, Nooks, Gainsight, Gong, LMS/content hub) to keep the field current on releases, positioning, and process, and able to find the right resource at every deal stage
2–5+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, RevOps, or a related GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS (client-facing experience counts toward this)
Track record designing and running onboarding, certification, or ongoing training for sales or CS teams
Experience developing playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and case studies with product marketing or sales leadership
Hands-on CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with conversation-intelligence and sales engagement platforms (Gong, Outreach, Nooks)
Comfort pulling and interpreting enablement and pipeline metrics to show program impact and reprioritize
Strong facilitator and communicator who can run live and virtual sessions and execute projects independently
Operator mindset: you tie every program to a metric (ramp time, win rate, retention)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience supporting both new-business (AE) and post-sale (AM/CSM) motions
Prior experience standing up an enablement function or program from the ground up
Enablement certifications (e.g., CSTM, Sales Enablement PRO)
