This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The Human Resources Specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support performance management and personnel-related procedures. The role includes responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and collaborating with management to foster a positive, inclusive work environment. What You’ll Be Doing Manage day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, compensation data, contracts, and personnel documentation. Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and resolve complex operational matters in a timely manner. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Develop, maintain, and improve HR SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge base resources. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience. Prepare HR reports, analyze employee data, and support internal and external audit activities. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations. Support the implementation and enhancement of HR systems, processes, and operational initiatives. Assist with onboarding and training new HR team members and support cross-training across HR functions. Stay informed of relevant HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to support consistent and compliant HR practices. Requirements Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken. A tech-savvy and digitally comfortable person who enjoys learning new systems and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, approachable attitude and the ability to work comfortably with employees at different levels. Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS.
