Responsibilities

→Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
→Enter new vehicles in car rental software and vehicle purchase schedule
→Post acquired vehicles in accounting software and issue payment to Dealers/Manufacturers
→Prepare vehicle flooring funding request packages for newly acquired vehicles
→Enter funding receipts, curtailments, payoffs and update/reconcile flooring schedule
→Post sold vehicles and sales proceed in car rental and accounting software
→Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory schedule
→Scan/Upload documents
→Enter car information updates to rental software
→Process new titles in the title website and rental software
→Maintain an accurate and organized record-keeping system of titles
→Process wholesale Reports of Sale
→Process registration of new vehicles
→Prepare titles for FedEx shipment
→Release Liability with DMV
→Assist in any miscellaneous projects that are assigned
→Handles in a professional and confidential manner all correspondence, documentation, and files.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or higher education degree
Accounting degree is not required but a plus
Type 50+ WPM and 10 key by touch
Knowledge in Excel and Outlook
Detail oriented and well-organized
Ability to work in an environment requiring multi-tasking abilities
Must have one or more years of working experience in an office environment
Assist in any special projects that are assigned

What We Offer

✓$21/hr. to $24/hr.

✓The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, and education when applicable.
