Hankey Capital seeks an Associate to Senior Associate to join the growing team. The position will be based in our Las Vegas office, with periodic paid visits to our Los Angeles headquarters. Hankey Capital, a privately held direct lender with nearly $2 billion in senior liens held on balance sheet, focuses on providing senior bridge loans on commercial real estate in the metro and coastal submarkets of California, South Florida, Las Vegas, Aspen, Seattle-Bellevue, and New York City.
The bridge lending platform lends on all major property types in various stages of “value-add” providing candidates a unique opportunity to directly witness best practices from developers across a wide spectrum of real estate projects in multiple markets in primary coastal markets nationally.
