Funding Coordinator

• → Thoroughly review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to Westlake Direct’s credit policy.
• → Verify completeness of all necessary documents and information.
• → Collaborate with Loan Officers and Credit Analysts to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• → Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth Funding process.
• → Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds to Lienholders and Dealers.
• → Conduct quality control checks on loan files to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
• → Address and resolve any issues that arise during the Funding process promptly and efficiently.
• → Implement improvements in the Funding workflow.

• Previous experience in Loan Funding or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and underwriting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of online meeting tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Comfort and skill with working with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Team environment.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred

• Automotive and Finance Experience; required
• Previous Loan Funding or Underwriting Experience; preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint); required
• Knowledge of Web Applications; required
• Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL; beneficial
