Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing women's health brand in the e-commerce space. We're looking for a full-time copywriter to join our demand generation team, working on Facebook ads, video scripts, emails, and product pages.

What we offer:

  • Fully remote work, with responsiveness expected during EU business hours (GMT)
  • Autonomy once competence is demonstrated — minimal oversight
  • A startup environment focused on results rather than process
  • Flexible hours, provided deadlines are met and response times are reasonable
  • Collaboration with an experienced marketing team, with room to develop your skills
  • Paid holidays, annual trips, and long-term job stability
  • Competitive salary based on experience and performance

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years writing direct-response copy for women's supplements, cosmetics, or products targeting women 40+
  • Strong grounding in direct-response marketing principles
  • Ability to write high-converting, compliant Facebook ads
  • Availability during EU hours (GMT)
  • Ability to apply feedback quickly and effectively
  • A portfolio demonstrating measurable results

Responsibilities:

  • Writing and optimizing product pages and PDPs for conversion - clear value props, objection-handling, social proof integration, and SEO-friendly structure
  • Contributing to creative strategy and ideation as part of the demand generation function - proposing new angles based on performance data, not just briefs
  • Collaborating with the design/creative team to ensure copy and visuals work together for maximum stopping power and conversion
  • Translate customer insights (reviews, surveys, support tickets) into copy that addresses real pain points and objections
  • Maintain and evolve brand tone of voice across all customer touchpoints
  • Write SEO-optimized product descriptions, category pages, and blog content
  • Research keywords relevant to the product/industry and integrate natural
  • Write and optimize product page copy (titles, descriptions, bullet points, feature/benefit breakdowns)

To apply:

Please submit your portfolio along with clear examples of copy that has driven measurable conversions. We'll follow up with candidates who are a strong fit. Resume must be in English.
