About the Role
~1 min readThe Corporate Director of Human Resources leads and executes HR strategy across Harrison Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance, and development of a high-performing workforce. Oversees all HR functions across the organization including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and HR systems across all properties.
Responsibilities

· Oversee HR operations including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
· Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
· Lead recruiting and workforce planning initiatives
· Analyze HR metrics and report to executive leadership
· Drive employee engagement and retention programs
· Manage HR budgets and departmental resources
· Travel to properties to support HR initiatives
· Strong leadership and executive presence
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· High level of integrity and confidentiality
· Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
· 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
· 5+ years in senior leadership role
· SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
