Responsibilities

→Lead complex environmental assessment and remediation projects across the Carolinas, from strategy through execution
→Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders on technically challenging, high-stakes work
→Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business growth initiatives
→Provide technical leadership and quality review for reports, proposals, and deliverables
→Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff, helping build future leaders within the organization
→Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, team development, and continuous improvement efforts

10+ years of environmental consulting experience
Strong technical expertise in site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup
Experience navigating regulatory programs in North and South Carolina, including NC Brownfields
Proven client management, communication, and business development skills
A passion for mentoring others and fostering team growth
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional work
