Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Content Creation: Develop engaging short- and long-form marketing content, including social media posts, emails, website copy, blog articles, promotional materials, and other marketing communications.
- →Email Marketing: Assist with the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
- →Event Coordination: Manage the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences, including logistics, promotional materials, communications, lead coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- →Website Management: Support website content maintenance, including product and campaign pages, resources, event information, and other routine website updates.
- →Digital Marketing: Support social media, digital campaigns, content distribution, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
- →Marketing Reporting: Track and report on basic marketing performance metrics across email, web, social media, campaigns, and events. Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- →Campaign Support: Coordinate assets, timelines, communications, and deliverables for integrated marketing campaigns.
- →Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward and ensure deadlines are met.
- →Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, project trackers, and other resources.
- →Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 0–3 years of marketing, communications, internship, or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, channels, and formats.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative rather than waiting for the next assignment.
- Comfortable learning new platforms, processes, and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus, but not required:
- Video shooting, production, and editing
- Paid digital advertising, including Google, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Email marketing or marketing automation platforms
- Content management systems (CMS)
- Social media management
- Basic graphic design or experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Marketing analytics and reporting tools
