Restoration - Project Director

• →Source, manage, and close sales leads from both personal and company referrals.
• →Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and reports.
• →Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including project managers, supervisors, and technicians.
• →Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, correct issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and commitments.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• →Develop and manage project budgets to ensure costs are controlled and within approved limits.
• →Meet or exceed profitability and sales goals.
• →Host and attend customer events to develop and foster client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years as a Project Director in the restoration industry.
• Experience in contract negotiation and execution.
• Proficient with Xactimate and/or related estimating software.
• The candidate must have a strong sales acumen.
