Day-to-day, this role involves managing a high volume of member communication, scheduling logistics, and operational details—requiring strong organization and consistent follow-through.

Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience as part of a collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in getting every detail right—you are highly organized, naturally meticulous, and consistently approach your work with care and accuracy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—you genuinely enjoy helping and talking to people
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership, follows through without being asked, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Suite, Excel, and internal tools); experience with helpdesk systems is a plus
  • A background or interest in home maintenance/handyman work is a plus
