Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

We’re looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team and help patients build confidence, regain independence, and safely remain at home.

• →Provide skilled OT evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes
• →Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, physician, and care team
• →Help patients improve safety, independence, and ability to manage daily activities
• →Complete required assessments and documentation

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing
• One year of recent OT experience; home health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
