At Hazel Health, we make mental health care accessible to K–12 students through virtual care delivered in partnership with schools and health plans.

Many of the students we serve are receiving support for the first time—giving clinicians the opportunity to make a meaningful impact early.

  • See 2 clients per day, Monday–Friday
  • Or 5 clients across 2 days
  • Work 9am–12pm or 12pm–3pm—whatever fits your schedule

As long as sessions fall within peak hours and you meet the 10-client minimum, your schedule is fully customizable.

  • Minimum: 10 clients per week
  • Option to increase your caseload up to 29 clients/week

You can:

  • Take on more clients when you want additional income
  • Then scale back down to 10 when your availability changes

No long-term commitment to a higher caseload.

We support initial scheduling and caseload building, so you’re not responsible for filling your calendar from scratch.

  • Taxes handled for you (no 1099 complexity)
  • Paid consistently for sessions + eligible admin time
  • Malpractice coverage included
