Many of the students we serve are receiving support for the first time—giving clinicians the opportunity to make a meaningful impact early.
- See 2 clients per day, Monday–Friday
- Or 5 clients across 2 days
- Work 9am–12pm or 12pm–3pm—whatever fits your schedule
As long as sessions fall within peak hours and you meet the 10-client minimum, your schedule is fully customizable.
- Minimum: 10 clients per week
- Option to increase your caseload up to 29 clients/week
You can:
- Take on more clients when you want additional income
- Then scale back down to 10 when your availability changes
No long-term commitment to a higher caseload.
We support initial scheduling and caseload building, so you’re not responsible for filling your calendar from scratch.

- Paid consistently for sessions + eligible admin time

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support children and families through virtual therapy sessions
- →Help students navigate challenges like anxiety, behavior, and school-related stress
- →Collaborate with caregivers (and when appropriate, schools) to support progress
- →Document care and track outcomes through our platform
- Independently licensed in Nevada (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and families
- Comfortable delivering care virtually

~1 min readCandidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided. This role may be performed from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.
Applicants must reside in (or relocate to) one of these states prior to employment. State eligibility may change based on hiring needs.
