About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join their growing team in Ashland City, TN. Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays (9:00AM-4:00PM)

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors
Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed
Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility as needed
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
