About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our growing team in Clarksville, TN. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care aide experience preferred
Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
