A Better Solution in Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) in the Arlington and North Snohomish County area!

We currently have a variety of caregiving opportunities available with clients throughout Stanwood, Warm Beach, Camano Island, and surrounding communities.

Whether you’re looking for a few extra hours, shorter visits, or longer shifts, we’d love to talk with you about your availability and find opportunities that may be a great fit.

Current Opportunities

Morning, afternoon, and evening availability
Short visits, including 30-minute shifts
4-hour shifts
8-hour shifts
Opportunities to pick up additional hours
One-on-one care in clients’ homes

What You’ll Do

Depending on each client’s individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance
Meal preparation and mealtime support
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Errands and household assistance
Companionship and meaningful interaction
Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition or needs
Completing required shift documentation
Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What We’re Looking For

Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or currently working toward certification as permitted by Washington State requirements
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel to clients in Stanwood, Warm Beach, Camano Island, and nearby communities
Dependable, compassionate, and patient
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet Washington State background and employment requirements
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but we encourage qualified caregivers at different experience levels to apply
