Key Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you will help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes by:

Maintaining respectful, professional, and compassionate interactions
Preparing meals according to clients’ needs
Providing companionship and social engagement
Assisting with activities of daily living
Supporting clients with everyday tasks while promoting independence
Accompanying clients to grocery stores and doctor appointments

Qualifications

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be 18 years of age or older
Possess a valid driver’s license
Be willing to travel to client homes within the designated service area
Successfully pass a background check
Have a high school diploma or GED
Have prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
