ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated One on One Caregiver to join our growing team in Clarksville, TN. Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated one-on-one personal care and companionship to individual clients in their homes
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
Provide medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Offer emotional support and meaningful companionship to promote client well-being

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong communication and observation skills
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
