Location: Atlanta
Shift Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 4:00pm-8:00pm (can vary sometimes) One Saturday out the month 5:00pm-10:00pm

What You’ll Do:

As-needed assistance with dressing, toileting (briefs/Depends), and other general ADLs.
Monitoring home ambulation and accompanying the client on neighborhood walks.
Serving food and providing specific snacks/fluids as guided by the family.
Skin condition checks and various dementia care tasks.
Light housekeeping, including general cleaning and laundry.

Requirements:

Because of the specialized nature of this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience directly caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's is a strict requirement.
Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Recent negative TB test result
Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely.
Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.
Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.
