What You'll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you'll help seniors and other individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

Companionship and meaningful conversation
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Mobility assistance and fall prevention
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized
Dementia care and other specialized care needs based on your training and experience

What We're Looking For

A caring heart and a genuine desire to help others
Dependability, patience, and professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in clients' homes
Reliable transportation to assigned client locations
Willingness to learn and develop caregiving skills
Ability to meet applicable Idaho background screening and employment requirements

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we also welcome individuals with a passion for helping others. Experience caring for a family member, working with seniors, or supporting individuals with disabilities is valuable.
