Chanda Care, Inc. is urgently hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and In-Home Caregivers throughout Western Massachusetts!

What You'll Do as a Caregiver

Make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Helping with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Providing dementia care and supportive assistance
Offering medication reminders
Following individualized care plans and documenting services

Caregiver Requirements – Please Read Before Applying

Because our caregivers travel to clients' homes throughout Western Massachusetts, applicants MUST meet the following requirements:

Valid driver's license
Own reliable personal vehicle
Current auto insurance
Availability to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month
Reliable smartphone and communication skills
Ability to pass required background and reference checks
Willingness to complete required training
Authorization to work in the United States
Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred. Experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, DSP, Personal Care Aide, or Home Care Assistant is a plus!
