About the Role

Responsibilities

  • →

    Draft, review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, confidentiality, and related commercial agreements.

  • →

    Manage contract requests end-to-end from intake through execution.

  • →

    Support master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, work orders, and procurement contracts.

  • →

    Identify contractual risks and escalate matters requiring attorney review when necessary.

  • →

    Apply approved contract playbooks and fallback positions to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • →

    Partner with business development teams to accelerate revenue opportunities.

  • →

    Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, quality, finance, procurement, and risk management stakeholders.

  • →

    Maintain contract records within CLM systems (including Icertis).

  • →

    Support contract reporting and process improvement initiatives.

  • →

    Work autonomously with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

  • →

    Assist with customer RFPs and commercial proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2–4 years of commercial contract management, contract administration, procurement contracting, paralegal, or related experience.

  • Proven experience negotiating commercial services agreements.

  • Strong drafting and redlining skills.

  • Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred.

  • Experience supporting commercial contract reviews within a large organization preferred.

  • Background in healthcare, logistics, transportation, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
