This position is responsible for overseeing the LATAM region, providing support across more than 12 countries. The role operates within multiple core team processes, ensuring efficient execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and data investigation activities.

- Manage and process applications.

- Perform detailed analysis to support decision-making.

- Maintain direct interaction with stakeholders, including customers, Collections, Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Operations teams.

- Handle refund management processes.

- Execute mass case applications.

- Manage escalations and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.

- Prepare and deliver reporting activities.

Qualifications:

´- Senior-year student or graduate in administrative or related fields.

´- Intermediate English proficiency 60%

´- Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge.

´- Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility.

´- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

´- Assertive and professional communication skills.
