To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. Vermont RN License, Preferred New Hampshire RN License or Multi-State RN License
2. Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, including youth and adolescents 
3. Attention to detail, ability to train, and strong communication skills
4. First Aid and CPR Certification
5. Driver’s license and reliable transportation
