JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor Degree and 5 years of years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
*Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability.
*Project management work experience on a corporate level.
*Negotiation skills to include vendor agreement experience.
*Exhibited Analytical and organizational skills.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business.
*Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment.

* Experience with high volume Customer Service Recruitment
*Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information.
*Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
