HDR seeks a strategic-minded Project Manager to join our Alaska Resources Business Group and be a member of a high-performing team supporting development of public and private projects throughout Alaska.

In the role of Senior Project Manager, we'll count on you to:

• →Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• →Oversee all phases of project development ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• →Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules.
• →Implement QA/QC procedures.
• →Coordinate internal project tasks and manage external subconsultants to meet project objectives.
• →Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• →Ensure coordination of deliverables and consistent communication between team members.
• →Conduct team meetings to discuss productivity, workload distribution, and quality control.
• →Collaborate with HDR leadership to monitor project workload and resource needs.
• →Work with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• →

Candidates must be able to work cooperatively with professional from other disciplines, staff at all levels, clients, other project managers, business development professionals, and operational leadership.

This is a full-time regular position based in our Anchorage, Alaska office.

• Advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience leading engineering and/or environmental regulatory projects.
• Familiarity with estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
• Local candidates are preferred.
