Are you ready to illuminate your career with a dynamic and innovative team? Heads Up Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Shop Assistant to join our team. The CNC Shop Assistant is an entry-level position for individuals interested in pursuing a career in machine tool technology and/or aerospace technology. You’ll play a vital role in the world of precision machining tool technology and/or aerospace technology. have a passion for creating world class aircraft cabin solutions, this is the opportunity for you!

· Work Days and Hours: 21-29 hours, flexible schedule between 6:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Candidate can choose their preferred hours within this timeframe.

· Location: 4550 Excel Pkwy. Suite 400 Addison, Tx. 75001

· Compensation: $18.00/hour

· Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

· You’ll be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our CNC machine shop.

· Deburring Parts: Skillfully removing rough edges and imperfections from machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Washing Parts: Using industrial equipment to clean and prepare parts for further processing or assembly.

· Loading/Unloading Parts: Safely handling and moving materials in and out of CNC machines, contributing to the production process.

· Assisting Machinists: Providing support to our skilled machinists as needed to keep operations running efficiently.

· Maintain all quality and safety standards.

· Keep work area clean at all times.

· Other duties as assigned.

· No prior experience required; we'll provide on-the-job training.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines diligently.

· Reliable and punctual.

· A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
