Network Admin

A Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting an organization's computer networks. This includes ensuring reliable connectivity, security, and performance of LAN, WAN, and cloud-based networks.

• → Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
• → Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• → Manage user access, permissions, and network security
• → Perform system backups and disaster recovery planning
• → Configure VPNs and remote access solutions
• → Apply patches, updates, and security protocols
• → Maintain documentation of network infrastructure

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
• Knowledge of network security and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of cloud networking (Azure, AWS)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• CompTIA Security+
