• →Serve as the on-site connection between the patient and a remote dentist during live video exams.

• →Guide the intraoral camera so the dentist can see and evaluate in real time 

• →Welcome patients, ease nerves, and make the virtual visit feel personal 

• →Collect medical history and organize records for the dentist 

• →Keep documentation accurate and confidential

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Medical or Dental Assistant Certification 

• Strong communication skills 

• Current immunizations and TB screening 

• Familiarity with dental tools/terminology 

• Current CPR or BLS card 

• Healthcare or customer-facing experience 

• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate 

• CA Dental Practice Act Certificate 
• Fluency in another language is a strong plus
