The position is classified at level B2 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria). ​

The expected compensation range for this position is €36,000-49,500 This represents the annual target total cash compensation range for the role, which includes target variable pay subject to terms and conditions of the applicable program.​

The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed considering the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL and objective and gender-neutral criteria such as relevant work experience, level of knowledge or expertise, role scope and the level of responsibility associated with the position.​

Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL, and the Company policies and programs in force at the commencement of employment.
