About the Role
~1 min readLove pharmacy but ready to leave the retail counter behind? As a Bilingual Enrollment Pharmacy Technician at TrustRx Pharmacy, you’ll put your pharmacy knowledge to work entirely by phone — no walk-in customers, no drive-thru line, no nights or weekends, in a calm, low-stress environment. You’re the friendly first voice patients, prescribers and referral partners hear when they reach us, helping them in English and Spanish to get set up quickly so patients receive their medications without delay.

A low-stress environment: No rush-hour lines, frustrated counter crowds or closing-time scramble — just a calm office, a supportive team and work that stays at work when your shift ends.
-
Phone only, no walk-ins: No counter lines, register or drive-thru window — just focused, one-on-one conversations from your own desk.
-
A predictable schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. No nights, weekends or closing shifts.
-
Scheduled breaks: Real breaks on a set schedule, not whenever the line finally dies down.
-
Competitive pay and strong benefits: 20–24.50 per hour (based on experience) , plus company-funded HSA contributions of 2,000–4,000 a year and a 401(k) match from day one.
-
Training and support: Hands-on training on our systems and workflows, with a pharmacist and team always available for questions.
-
Your Spanish is an asset: Help Spanish-speaking patients navigate their care in their own language every day.
