As the Hub HR Leader, you will provide integrated HR support for  one of Solventum’s strategic locations, enabling hub leadership, process transitions, and site talent and engagement in alignment with enterprise initiatives. You will report through Solventum Enterprise Services HR and partner closely with global HR Business Partners on organization design and workforce planning. In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Hub Leader as a strategic HR partner and advisor aligning people, organization, and workforce priorities with enterprise strategy.
• Leading site workforce planning and consolidating function and business workforce plans into an integrated hub view
• Supporting process design and knowledge transfer for roles transitioning to the hub in line with enterprise transformation goals.
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition and hub leadership to plan and execute the hub hiring ramp that delivers the capabilities the business needs
• Providing hub-level input into organization design led by global HR Business Partners keeping the hub aligned with enterprise design principles.
• Leading the site talent review process and translating insights into focused talent actions
• Using site people data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure progress against enterprise goals
• Leading site engagement priorities and actions that strengthen the employee experience and hub culture

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 8 or more years of Human Resources experience, including HR business partnering, talent, organization, or workforce planning responsibilities

• Experience supporting a hub, shared-services, global business services/global capability centre, or similarly complex, matrixed environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience advising leaders and translating business needs into practical people and organization actions
• Experience supporting organization design, workforce planning, and role or process transitions
• Experience leading transformation and building tranformational leadership.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition on workforce ramp-up and hiring plans
• Experience leading talent reviews, succession discussions, and development planning
• Strong people analytics capability, including the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actions
• Demonstrated change management and project management skills across multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills in a matrixed organization
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution and disciplined follow-through
• Experience building site engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives
