To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Experience building and governing Copilot Studio agents or other AI/agent-based solutions including knowledge sources, custom actions and connectors, prompt design, and responsible AI practices.

Experience delivering automation in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences) or other compliance driven environments.

Experience with Power Platform governance concepts: DLP policies, environment strategy, app/flow lifecycle management, and Dataverse security roles.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging, comfort in backlog-driven delivery models, clear written communication skills, ability to consistently follow architectural direction, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
