As a Scientific Education Support Global Coordinator (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

  • Support the Scientific Evidence & Education team in Health Care Compliance processes with owning global contract creation, amendments, and end to end contract execution for HCP interactions.
  • Support audit readiness for HCP engagements by conducting pre-close contract reviews, validating required fields, and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with applicable compliance standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Support high- and low-risk content review processes for scientific education activities.
  • Conduct data-quality reviews to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and partner with regional coordinators and requesters to resolve issues.
  • Gather, maintain, and assist with tracking key customer education, contracting, and compliance data.
  • Collaborate with Area Scientific Education Support Coordinators and cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution and consistent global customer experience.
  • Develop working knowledge of regional Scientific Education Support processes to provide backup coverage during planned or unplanned absences.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare, in a private, public, government or military environment.

 

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • At least one (1) year of experience supporting healthcare compliance requirements related to healthcare professional interactions.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones when business needs require.
  • Experience with contract creation, administration, amendments, document routing, or end-to-end contract execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage complex documentation while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and appropriately escalate questions or potential compliance concerns.
  • Experience with payment processing, budget reconciliation, or expense tracking.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with experience supporting internal or external customers.
