Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Nursing Home Program – Southeastern Massachusetts Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected, multi-specialty healthcare group serving patients in a nursing home and primary care setting near the Fall River and Swansea, Massachusetts area. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Advanced Practice Providers seeking schedule flexibility while maintaining a meaningful clinical role in a supportive and patient-centered setting.
