Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time role in the Cheshire Area, Connecticut. Develop ongoing patient relationships in an outpatient practice with coordinated specialty access and documentation technology. Overview Specialty: Family Medicine Location: Cheshire Area, Connecticut Practice Setting: Office-based outpatient Primary Care Work Schedule: Full-time weekdays; four-day workweek option. Call / Coverage: Phone-only coverage averaging about two weekends per year and one weeknight approximately every two months. Support Staff / Resources: Dedicated Medical Assistant and clinical support; Behavioral Health, high-risk nurse care management, Social Work, and specialty referrals EMR: Epic with Dragon and Ambient AI; electronic patient communication tools Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped incentive bonus New Grads/Practicing: New graduates welcome to apply.
