Build lasting patient relationships in a growing Family Medicine practice with Telehealth and onsite laboratory access. Nurse triage supports shared call, while APP collaboration adds a team-based dimension to the role. H-1B visa transfers are accepted; new H-1B sponsorship and J-1 waivers are not available. What You Can Expect Patient/Case Volume: Approximately 20–25 outpatients daily Procedures / Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic-condition management, and telehealth Support Staff / Resources: Nurse triage, APP collaboration/oversight, and onsite laboratory services Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Clinical Focus: Child and Adult Wellness, COPD, Endocrine Disorders, Hypertension, and Heart Failure.
