Join an established Gastroenterology group with a clear balance of clinic and procedural work. RN, MA, scheduling, and NP support complement dedicated call weeks without concurrent clinic duties. H-1B visa transfers are accepted; new H-1B sponsorship and J-1 waivers are not available. What You Can Expect Patient/Case Volume: Approximately 10–15 clinic patients or 5–10 procedures per half-day session Procedures / Clinical Scope: Gastroenterology procedures; ERCP experience and Hepatology interest desired Support Staff / Resources: Shared RN team, dedicated MA support, in-house surgery schedulers, a hospital NP for new consultations and rounding ahead of physicians, and a clinic NP; senior physician mentorship Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital Diagnostic and Procedural Resources: BRAVO, PillCam, FibroScan, HD Motility, and EndoFLIP; an advanced endoscopy colleague provides EUS and pancreaticobiliary interventions. Referrals: Approximately 75–100 General GI referrals weekly, with access to comprehensive Oncology services. Outreach: Regional outreach clinics are required; Virtual Visits may also be available.
