Looking for a physician role with strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and better work-life balance?
We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Johnstown and Somerset, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support in both Somerset and Johnstown, about 40–45 minutes apart.

Approximately 20 patient encounters per day
No routine weekends
Minimal call – approximately 1–2 overnight shifts per month
In-house nocturnist team handles the majority of overnight needs

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality primary and chronic care, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and families.
Qualifications

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
DEA registration or ability to obtain
Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
