• →Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• →Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
• →Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations
• →Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model
• →Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
• →Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
• →Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and hospital providers
• →Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• →Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both clinic and hospital settings. You'll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, oversee inpatient care, and work collaboratively with specialists and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Eligible for hospital privileges

• Experience in outpatient Family Medicine
• Experience providing inpatient care or an interest in maintaining hospital-based practice
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
