Join an established primary care practice in Phoenix as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) providing outpatient care exclusively to adult patients. This is a full-time opportunity offering a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, continuity of care, and the chance to build meaningful long-term patient relationships.

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + bonus potential
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced providers encouraged to apply

About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is a strong opportunity for an FNP or PA who enjoys relationship-based primary care and wants an adult-only outpatient practice with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Your day will include a mix of routine primary care, wellness visits, follow-ups, acute concerns, and chronic disease management. You’ll evaluate patients, order and interpret appropriate testing, manage medications, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on their health and ongoing care.

Because this is an adult-only practice, you can focus your clinical work on adult and chronic disease management without a pediatric patient population. You’ll also have physicians, APPs, and experienced clinical staff around you for collaboration and support.

• Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license
• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
• FNP certification or PA certification, as applicable
