Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Friday half-day dedicated to administrative work and charting
Compensation: $130,000–$155,000 per year, depending on experience
Experience: Experienced NPs and PAs with a specialty-care background required; clinical research experience strongly preferred
Research Opportunities: Phase 1 and Phase 2–3 clinical trials

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing clinical research team in Chandler. This position combines specialty patient care with participation in Phase 1 and Phase 2–3 clinical trials, offering an opportunity for an experienced APP to expand their expertise in research medicine and innovative therapies.

Due to the clinical and research complexity of this position, this opportunity is not open to new graduate NPs or PAs.

Responsibilities

→Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
→Current and appropriate NP or PA certification
→Active or eligible license to practice in Arizona
→Nurse Practitioner candidates must maintain applicable RN and NP licensure and certification
→Physician Assistant candidates must maintain applicable NCCPA certification
→Previous clinical research experience with a strong understanding of research processes and protocols
→At least 1 year of experience practicing as an NP or PA in a clinic or hospital setting
→Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
